By using InboxX.ai, you acknowledge that you:

If you are using the Services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

InboxX.ai provides:

• AI-powered WhatsApp chatbots
• Web-based AI chatbots
• AI voice agents
• Multichannel automation tools
• Integrations with third-party platforms
• Chat analytics, logs, transcripts, and voice interactions
• Customer support and onboarding assistance

We may add, modify, or remove features without prior notice.

You agree to:

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate and updated information
• Not misuse, disrupt, or reverse-engineer our platform
• Not upload harmful, illegal, or malicious content
• Ensure your end-users are informed about your data practices

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree not to:

• Use unauthorized bots or scripts
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Violate WhatsApp, Meta, OpenAI, or telecom provider policies
• Send spam or harmful content
• Tamper with our software or algorithms

Violations may result in account termination.

Our Services integrate with WhatsApp API providers, Twilio, CRMs, AI model providers, and payment processors. Using these services is subject to third-party terms. InboxX.ai is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party platforms.

Billing terms:

• Services may require paid subscriptions
• Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable
• Prices may change with prior notice

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and processing of chat data, voice recordings, logs, and metadata.

All content, branding, software, and materials are owned by InboxX.ai and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works.

We do not guarantee:

• Error-free AI responses
• 100% uptime
• Uninterrupted service

We are not liable for losses due to incorrect AI responses or downtime.

InboxX.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months.

You agree to indemnify InboxX.ai against claims arising from misuse, violations, or unauthorized access via your account.

We may terminate access for violations, non-payment, abuse, or legal requirements. You may cancel anytime.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
